Perishable Goods
As fresh-baked goods, our products are classified as perishable items and are exempt from standard returns for food safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 24 hours at miki@mikibread.com with your order number and photos. We'll offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit.
Event Pre-Orders
Cancellations 48+ hours before an event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable as preparation has already begun.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank posting may take 3-5 additional days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Partially or fully consumed baked goods
- Orders not picked up at scheduled time
- Sale or promotional discount items (store credit only)
